Processing & Dispatch: Ready-made items dispatch in 1–3 days, while custom or made-to-order pieces can take up to 1-2 weeks. When placing a bespoke order we will estimate delivery times.

If, for some reason, there is a delay in shipping we will contact you to let you know.

Domestic Rates (UK): Standard shipping is Royal Mail tracked for peace of mind. 

Packaging & Fragility: To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition we will pack with care using corrugated cardboard, honeycomb paper, or biodegradable chips to absorb shock during transit.
